Therefore understanding that we are in this fight together against the COVID -19 and we should provide all the help that is possible to the people in need on urgent basis.
In view of the same, MARG is providing legal advice/counseling in wake of COVID-19 pandemic emergency to Women, Children and Marginalised Families with regard to claiming benefits of government schemes, policies, insurances, Succession rights, Adoption procedure and laws etc.
Further COVID 19 has also resulted in increased cases of domestic violence and physical violence, MARG is providing legal aid to women victims in filing and registering such cases.
