1st MARG-Dr. Anand Prakash Memorial Lecture

Multiple Action Research Group (MARG) organised the 1st MARG Dr. Anand Prakash Lecture on 18th August 2018 at India International Center on Victims of Trafficking and the Criminal Justice system. The lecture was graced by eminent jurist and former Attorney General of India Mr. Soli Sorabjee as the Chief Guest. The key note speaker was renowned activist Ms. Sunitha Krishnan. The lecture was attended by several law students, lawyers, NGO activists and academics.
The speech focused on various aspects of sex trafficking including what are the causes for trafficking, impact of trafficking on the victims, what the criminal justice can consider in providing a justice to victims of trafficking especially for rehabilitation.
